Your operating cockpit. One question: is the business under
control right now, and if not, where is it breaking?
Open it once a morning, act on what's red, scan what's yellow.
Color legend
- Red — act now. Material risk if ignored today (lost cash, missed compliance, broken trust).
- Yellow — watch. Trending wrong. Address this week or it becomes red.
- Green — healthy. No action needed.
- Gray — informational. Awareness only.
What each panel watches
- Field Work
- Stops scheduled today (or any chosen day — use the date stepper). Confirms route looks right before techs dispatch.
- Work Orders Needing Attention
- WOs stuck or stalled — unscheduled too long, missed, access blocked, or awaiting PM authorization. Each = revenue waiting.
- Billing Pipeline
- Invoices that can't ship. Render stuck, send stuck, send failed, or snapshot incomplete. Stuck billing = stuck cash.
- AR / Collections
- Sent invoices not yet paid. Bucketed by aging. 90+ days = owner attention; 31–60 = polite reminder.
- PM Communication
- Outbound messages PMs haven't replied to, or response deadlines that passed. Silence here often blocks WOs upstream.
- HPD / Compliance
- NYC housing violations the city, PMs, and tenants all care about. Long aging here = legal and reputational exposure.
- Control Loops
- Services completed but the loop isn't closed yet — auth pending, follow-up needed, or building action stuck.
- Risk Radar
- Forward-looking signals: building actions aging, high-risk properties, and apartments with repeat treatments (callback risk).
- System Health
- The plumbing — email send failures, R2 uploads, duplicate invoice numbers, blocking pain log entries. Operator infrastructure status.
Operating principles
- Manual refresh only. No auto-poll. Open it deliberately.
- No destructive actions from this page. Read-only by design.
- Empty panels collapse below — they still exist, just out of your way.
- Click "Open in Airtable →" on any card to act on it directly.
